I was a patient here for years but since Magda left earlier in 2025 this place has gone downhill rapidly. It was me doing all the work, phoning and emailing to get an appointment, it's been a nightmare. Why is it that the customer has to do all the work to get an appointment, it should be the other way around. I've spent hundreds on toe bracing, their new type of brace fell off after 2 weeks (it just fell off, I didn't knock it). I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and was turned away after being a customer for years and I have never been late before. I’ve waited for my appointments in the past, but when it was their turn to be a little understanding, they turned me away. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. They won't ever get my custom again. EVER!

In response to your reply to charge me for being 10 minutes late then I would have to charge you for the time I've lost also. At my last appointment with Marcella on 15 April we were disturbed 3 times by new staff asking questions. Think how many minutes that delayed me and yet I said nothing. I think you should spend more time training your staff than replying to reviews saying you'd charge a cancellation fee. And look after your customers, they shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get an appointment. Spend some time and money getting it right or you'll lose more custom, you will never get mine again anyway. Hell would...

If I could give this individual zero stars, I would. The podiatrist operates a temporary side business out of a back office at the MacAuliffe Pharmacy in Sandymount. My chiropody treatment was nothing special but when the podiatrist discovered my nail fungus, he automatically recommended I try his laser therapy treatment. OK, no problem there but over the course of two sessions, at €150 for ten minutes each, I get given the hard sell about this clinic and how laser therapy "helps overweight people".

I am categorically disgusted with the attitude of some in the business preying on the ignorance of customers with non-medical backgrounds.

I'm reporting this individual to the authorities for a number of reasons. For the rest of you, I implore you to seek your services elsewhere. This chiropodist is a snake-oil salesman of the worst...
