Stopped into the Celtic bar & larder while in Killarney, decided to sign up for the Whiskey and Cheese tasting. Alan was an awesome 'guide' and I learned quite a bit, mostly just loved the cheese and whiskey combo. I thought I was only into Bourbon, but they've turned me onto the finer side of Whiskey!
