O'Sullivan's Outdoor Store — Attraction in Killarney Municipal District

My son and I met with my daughter in Ireland for our birthdays. We discovered, after a wonderful 10 km hike at Killarney national park that our footwear was insufficient for a wonderful trip. And then we met Neil. Possibly the nicest shopkeeper in any country ever. He was not a salesman of any kind, just super knowledgeable and helpful at getting us wonderful hiking shoes for our trip.

He took us through a bunch of different options, fitting us perfectly for our hikes.

Fantastic staff and store- has an amazing selection of top quality gear from a great brands but what really sets it apart is the incredible staff. Fiona and Neil are always a pleasure - patient, incredibly experienced and knowledgeable on the products and the area and just a delight. I usualy have my young kids in tow and they are as kind to them as they are to paying customers and they have some fab kids clothes too! A must visit for any outdoor sports enthusiasts...
