Temples hold a significant place in various cultures and religions, serving as sacred spaces where individuals seek spiritual solace, connect with divine entities, and find inner peace. Visiting a temple offers a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing worshippers to pause, reflect, and deepen their relationship with the divine. The act of visiting a temple is believed to recharge one's spiritual energy, providing a sense of tranquility and renewal. Temples often exude a serene atmosphere, with rituals, chants, and prayers enhancing the spiritual experience. Through participation in these rituals, devotees feel a sense of connection to something greater than themselves, fostering a profound sense of belonging and purpose. Lord Krishna, a revered deity in Hinduism, holds a special place in the hearts of millions. Known as the eighth avatar of Lord Vishnu, Krishna embodies love, compassion, and divine playfulness. His teachings in the Bhagavad Gita offer profound wisdom on duty, righteousness, and the path to spiritual enlightenment. Krishna's allure lies in his multifaceted personality—he is a divine lover, a mischievous child, a compassionate friend, and a wise teacher. His transcendental pastimes, such as the enchanting Raas Leela with the gopis (cowherd maidens) and his divine discourse to Arjuna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra, continue to inspire devotees across generations. Devotees believe that by connecting with Krishna through worship, prayer, and meditation, they can cultivate love, devotion, and spiritual awareness in their lives. Visiting temples dedicated to Lord Krishna, such as the renowned ISKCON temples, offers devotees an opportunity to immerse themselves in his divine presence and experience spiritual upliftment. Ultimately, the significance of temple visits lies in their ability to nourish the soul, deepen one's faith, and foster a sense of unity with the divine.

Relatively new temple near Kanakapura road area. It's a must visit and best time post sunset when the lightings of temple and all around comes to focus. Once you park your vehicle take few steps to reach a top and the temple section is roughly divided into 5 section each described briefly below. * Shoe stand: Leave your footware which is charged ₹2/-. * Krishna Mandira: You need to walk along a beautiful alley while taking a glance of city below. Facing North of the city beautiful Radha and Krishna idols welcomes you with murthies of Krishna, Balaram and Subadhra similar to Jagannath temple place at the bottom. Special pooja is performed between 6:30 to 7:30 pm and you will stand in complete devotion there during which Hare Krishna mantra and songs of Krishna are chanted and its really captivating 🙏 once shouldn't miss. * Rajadhiraja Govinda temple: This section is behind Krishna temple you need to climb a few steps to reach the entrance with Gopuram with dwarapalakas. This temple signifies the nearby Vasantha Vallabharaya swamy (Vishnu) near Vasanathapura. On the way you can find a idol of Swamy Prabhu pada, founder of Iskcon. Temple of Lord Venkateshwara which is called Rajadhiraja Govinda here has resemblance of Tirupati and is very attractive. Once out you will be visiting 3 more temples Sudharana Narasimha, Padmavati and Lakshmi Narasimha. * Merchandise, Donation & Sales: You can donate for various causes of Iskcon. Various books of Krishna, Bhagavat Geeta, religious books, idols, sweets, etc. are on sale. * Japa section & Prasadam counter: Once you exit here you need to get down to this section. Volunteers request you to meditate Hare Krishna mantra by providing you a japamala. Further down you will served with delicious Prasadam (which changes everyday) 🛕Every day different attire and alankara are done for all the idols here. 🛕Theertha is giving while exiting Krishna and Rajadhi Govinda temple. Parking : There is ample parking space to accommodate large 🚗. Car is charged for ₹40/-, 2 wheeler for ₹20/- collected while leaving the vicinity. A must visit temple.

Nice place to visit for a devotable day here where they praise the lord Krishna and Venkateshwara Swamy. • The Place is still under the construction 🏗️🚧 level where the rajagopuram has to be get Gold plated. As per the architectural design. • It's too dusty outside the temple please where mask 😷 to save from dust as beacuse its a constructional zone • Ther inner beauty of the temple is marvellous. • This place is not only keeps the inner peace you can get entertained too where there will be a Bhajanas going on • You can also play a games like quiz •There are numerous collection of the books collection about the gods & stores for buying religious articles. • there is contribution section too you can donate through cash and UPI • You can donate to "The great Akshayaa patre foundation" here • There are soo many mouth watering eatries inside the temple, but it's too much pricy compare to outside MRP • There is a massive dedicated parking available outside the temple • Inside the temple you will be facing Mobile network issue during the UPI payment i recommend to carry cash. • Other than that it's an architectural beauty, and its interior. It's not just a temple, but a different world with various religious, and spiritual activities. • the crowd management needs to improve, and • some crew members were being rude to the visitors. Also felt that this temple was a bit commercial in nature. • Calm and secenry place but a lot of walk is required to reach the temple. Beware if you are coming with elders. Do ask for lift. It will help if you are coming with elders. • Elders and handicapped people can use lift here.
