I have ordered Kalmi kabab and shawarma and I received only kalmi kabab, when I called the restaurant he told me that i will receive a call in 5 minutes, I received a call then the manager stated that he has to check in camera and it will take 10 minutes and refund will not be available, I applied for refund through Zomato, again I received a call after 25 minutes and this time he again followed up for 5 minutes and cut the call all of sudden, again i received a call for other person and he is scolding in bad words in Kannada and he is saying I will send u 100 rupees but the refundable amount was 108 rupees as if he is doing service he is ordering me, after I told him I will post everywhere about this behaviour then he gave respect and said he was a rider so he is just following up… And these incident happened between 9pm to 10pm.

This is not the first bad experience that i have faced with empire.. the worst experience is provided by empire.. I will never ever order from this restaurant again.. and u suggest people not to go for this restaurant or...
