Food was just decent. Veg options were less at the hour we went(night 9ish). My rating goes to the disgusting attitude of the staff. Picked a few forks and they had traces of earlier food and when I reported to them. Instead of taking the feedback constructively the staff at the food counter turned his face sideways and told " gandha hai tho dusra le lo. bas!" (if its dirty the pick another one. That's it!) and handed over another fork and fellow staffs jeering at each other as if it was a joke. Wonder whether he thought he is enlightening me with some common sense and telling me to stop sulking on such petty things???? What the heck!!!

Learn to take feedback constructively else shut the shop and go. I also see so many negative reviews below pointing at the attitude of the staff and i didn't see it going better. We recently ordered (25/07/2024) (from kanakapura road outlet) a full Al Faham chicken and one chicken Sholey kabab in zomato for dinner, encouraged by the positive reviews we had seen. Unfortunately, our experience was quite dreadful. The Al Faham chicken was burnt and inedible, and the chicken Sholey kabab was disappointing. It was a very small portion for Rs 219, with the taste resembling shredded egg and the pieces being very tiny. Additionally, with the full Al Faham, we received barely a spoonful of mayonnaise . We are very disappointed, as the quality of food provided during dine-in is not maintained for deliveries. The amount we paid was not worth the food we received. Good Food with great service.

A nice non veg food joint right on Kanankapura road with self service seating options as well as AC service hall. If you plan to drive here, parking should not be an issue as there is a small parking lot. With respect to food, they have a large menu including various combo thali's. We had visited twice for pickup and ordered Kabab, Shawarma Roll, Biriyani, Rumali Roti, Butter Chicken, Sholay Kabab, Chicken Soup and interestingly none of the food items disappointed us with respect to quality nor with its quantity which was rightly priced. More importantly ii loved their service as they were doing it with a smile even when they had so many orders to fulfil simultaneously.
