We have visited this Beach Club two times in July 2025. It is divided into 2 parts: 1:The Beach Club with access to the Beach 2: The Restaurant
So I want to do a different Rating for both of it.
The Beach Club is good looking. The Beach is sandy and clean. The Sunbeds are quite new and good looking. That is valid for the Sunshades as well. To rent it is quite expensive. The price is different between half Day and full day. Even the price for each Row is different. July, 14th we have been there from about 9:30-13:00 and needed to pay 30 € for the 5th row for two people. Then we got guided to our Sunbeds. The area has a LIFEGUARD. The safe water area is limited with a rope. Flags are showing if swimming is allowed or not. For all of this I would rate it with 4 Stars.
Now the part about the Restaurant. It is good looking with white colour. Of course you will get served. The Menu is readable with help of the QR-CODE. The choice is quite limited. We have asked the waitress if the Tuna TARTARE is fresh what she confirmed. So we have ordered it (15 €). For Main we ordered Swordfish ( Filetto Spada, 22 €). We also have had one nonalcoholic Beer ( 4€) and one bottle of Mineralwater (0,75 l= 4€). Then the Tuna TARTARE was served. At first glance we saw that the Tuna TARTARE wasn't fresh. It got a Treatment with Soja sauce and Vinegar to keep it longer fresh. So it wasn't fresh. The colour was grey. So the information from the waitress was wrong.
The Swordfish was prepared dry. The portion was small.
Coperto wasn't charged. But 15% (!!) Service Charge was added. Finally I needed to pay 77,10 €. It wasn't worth the money at all. So my separate rating for the Restaurant would be one Star.
Because of this the final Rating of the Beach...
Read moreEmerson, I see you promptly reply to reviews that people leave about your business. Maybe you should spend that time training your staff. I arrived and clearly asked how much it was to rent a sun bed. The waiter (a girl) seemed confused and handed me the menu - I checked and there was no price listed. I had just eaten, but I still ordered food because I thought it was the right thing to do. Out of nowhere, this guy came yelling at me, asking for my receipt for the sun bed. I explained I didn’t have one, but was happy to pay for it. He continued to yell, saying I had to leave right at that moment because the resident, who apparently owns the sun bed, was arriving. I’m 7 months pregnant. I asked if I could wait for my husband at a different sun bed (there were many around and he had just gone to the water) and kept saying I could pay (just tell me how much and where to go). He kept telling me to leave. At that point, I had 3 waiters around me, a scene, and people around advocating for me, offering me a place to stay until my husband was back. It is my first day in Sardinia, I’m a foreigner - I had no clue making an honest mistake could result in something like that. I have no words to describe the embarrassment, and how small it made me feel. Sorry Emerson, offering homemade fresh past or having a good location does not make up for poor customer service. Many reviews here complaint about your staff: start investing in providing a pleasant experience to your guests. That makes you more than money: it makes good memories and the desire...
Read moreAvoid. Everything is overpriced. Surly, miserly staff. Sat down with a party of five and ordered. Barely anything on the menu was available - not even the panini dishes. I asked the waitress if she could fill my water flask with tap water (we’d already ordered drinks, so it was clear I wasn’t just trying to get cheap refreshment), and she outright refused. “No, we don’t do that”. What, you don’t provide a glass of tap water to people who’ve spent 80 euros on your sun loungers and are about to spend 120 euros on lunch and drinks?
My daughter ordered the poke bowl. It’s not a poke bowl. It was risotto rice, poorly cooked and under-seasoned, with a minuscule portion of smelly salmon. My daughter made it halfway through before I had to leave with her and go back to the hotel because she felt sick.
Everything is overpriced, there’s also only one toilet for the entire resort. EVERYTHING costs extra. A bottle of water is 4 euros, which is 2 euros more than every other restaurant on the beach front. The entire place is the same as everywhere else, except it’s roped off and they charge you 30-100% more than places two minutes away.
Just pure garbage all round really. If just one person decides not to go based on this review, it would make me feel less frustrated about what an awful...
