We tried three beaches. One was at the Borde bar, where there was a grassy beach and a concrete entrance to the water (like at Balaton). Good public beach with parking and a cafe for food and drink. Quite pebbly getting in and out of the water so water shoes are useful. Shade is limited but there are a few trees you can sit under although there may not be loads of space left depending on what time you arrive.
