Comme ci comme ca pizzas… there are so fantastic pizza places around Como, however, this one is not one of them. You’ll eat and won’t be hungry, but pizzas are not great, especially on the Italian scale.

I felt this place was lacking something, including service which was clumsy and without proper communication. Also you have to pay at the counter, although it’s a sit down white table cloth place. Wouldn’t come back

Instead of plain arguing and being emotional take feedback into account and improve. Btw, thank you, I do take good pictures. Having sampled pizzas on a daily basis since arriving in Dongo, this is the best. We walked from Dongo which took around 45mins so had really worked up an appetite by the time we got there - the walk is along the cycle path so dead easy to follow and has loads of nice lake-side views.

I had the Pizza Garbatona and enjoyed every mouthful from the first to the last. My partner also enjoyed hers but perhaps not as much as I did mine!

Sadly a point is off for the service - the plentiful staff, who were attentive at the start, soon got overwhelmed and we ended up waiting an age for the bill! We didn't really enjoy our experience here. I ordered the lake fish, which doesn't come with anything, so I ordered some fries (€5 for a plate of fries!). My wife ordered the pasta with tomato sauce and fresh basil. The fresh basil consisted of two basil leaves! She also ordered some pan-fried vegetables, also for €5.
