Cala Lupo — Attraction in Isthintini/Stintino

If you do not want to be dissapointed, do not visit this beach. There is nothing to see. Beach is small, with tiny stones, water is not blue as in the other parts of Sardinia. If you go by beach bus or public transport, there is approximately 10/15 minutes walk from the bus stop to the beach. Nothing special maybe for the families with little children (which were there). There are hundreds of more beautiful beaches than this one especially in Sardinia. 2/5 Beach isn't overcrowded, may be suitable for peacefull stay and snorchling. But Sardinia has a lot more to offer.

Arriviamo all’hotel che porta al sentiero che porta a cala lupo, parcheggiamo e sentiamo immediatamente un cattivo odore di scarico fognario che proviene dalla nostra destra. Scendiamo quindi nella caletta alla nostra destra (cala lupo è quella, invece, a sinistra) ed ecco cosa abbiamo trovato (vedi foto): uno scarico a cielo aperto realizzato tramite un tubo che si trova in mezzo ai rovi. Lascio a voi i commenti. Il parcheggio e il sentiero sono ricchi di rifiuti e lo sono in parte anche le spiagge delle stesse calette. Un peccato trascurare e degradare un posto del genere, probabilmente incontaminato prima che costruissero i residence intorno, alcuni dei quali falliti, altri fatiscenti, altri in declino…ovviamente la corrente e il vento fanno il loro lavoro pertanto chi fa il bagno nelle altre calette a sinistra spesso non si rende...

Great small and quiet beach. We went on a tuesday, so probably more crowded in the weekends. There is also parking possibilities just above, and a small path that leads directly down to the beach. No facilities...
