The setting of this thermal park is truly beautiful. It feels almost like an arboretum with many rare and impressive trees and plants from around the world, which makes the place quite unique compared to a regular spa. Unfortunately, we visited during the day and not in the evening, when the area is lit up and looks stunning in photos. The evening ticket is also a bit cheaper, so that might have been a better choice.
What left us less satisfied was the value for money. The entrance fee was 40 EUR per person, which felt very overpriced considering that it does not include a sunbed, a locker, or even a proper changing room. Instead, there are only circular outdoor cabins with curtains. For this ticket price, these should be basic amenities.
We also had mixed feelings about the pools (which look more like lakes). Both of the larger ones have pebble bottoms that hurt our feet when walking. Some people may enjoy this as a kind of massage effect, but for us it was uncomfortable and unappealing. Because of that, we spent most of our time sitting in the lit-up cave area, since at least the floor there was concrete.
On the positive side, parking was easy. We found a free spot only about 100 meters from the entrance in a dedicated area, which was convenient.
In the end, we left after about two hours since there were only two pools available to use and we quickly got bored. Overall, if someone is looking mainly for a peaceful and relaxing natural environment, this place may be worth it. For us, however, the experience felt overpriced and not entirely...

The beautifully created outdoor pool is immersed in a gorgeous, well-kept, undulating park brimming with cedars of every kind, including a few Californian giants. Many are labelled and all are clearly in good health. Palm trees add an exotic feel to the planting scheme.
There are two pools of clean spa water nestled within the park. I'd thoroughly recommend the main one tucked into the park and closely surrounded by the trees. Its beautiful natural shape, clean spa water at about 33°C, tiny underwater gravel stones on the bottom make swimming or walking feel very natural and relaxing. It is beautifully illuminated at night (see pic). There is a giant geyser-like jet of cool water and two grotto areas, with colour-changing lights, as well as three pools within the main pool (two at 37°C and one 39°C).
Excellent facilities at the main pool site: beautiful liberty style glasshouse for a bar, self service restaurant (good food!), spacious and clean changing rooms, toilets, showers, hair driers and lockers until closing time.
Walking to both pools from the park entrance couldn't be easier. Pathways are wide and well lit. The first round pool is shallower and more open, further away from the trees. As you walk, you see plentiful sunbeds and tables and chairs scattered under trees or out in the open.
My next trip there will be when the weather is...
Read moreThe ideal place to spend the day with your family. Visited on a Thurday in August and it was the best decision to stay refreshed on a hot summer day. We stayed there full day. First we stayed in the smaller lake and its ideal for children (mine is 2 years old) and adults. This one closed at 6 pm. Than we moved to the bigger one as the sunbeds were free of charge after 5 pm. There is a cave there with thermal water, a wonderful experince to share with 14 more people (max capacity 15 persons) an also there are 2 hot tubs with temperature higher than 40° worth giving a try. The whole park is very eco-friendly and if feels like you lose touch with the cities and dive right into natyre. The pines are breathtaking. Although there were many locals and tourists, the place is enormous and you can still enjoy your privatecy. There is a snack bar by the small lake and a beautiful restaurant by the big one. The changing rooms were very good, equiped with nice showers and free to use hairdryers. Parking is located 6 minuts of walk outside the themal park. As per Covid restrictions, both staff and visitors were wearing masks when indoors. Definitely...
