The Museum of Primitivo Wine — Attraction in Manduria

Wevordered this tour before coming to Manduria, confirmation for museum tour and vine tasting came by email really fast. The museum is very interesting and our guide Katja was a superb conosseur of Primitivo and excellent story teller! The vine tasting included 4 different vines and yummy snacks! We were offered a 10% discount for the vine. Both the tour and the tasting are great and for the small fee of 16 eur per person - it is great value for money!...

Great wines and a great winery mentality. We had a nice guided visit today by the museum where we learned a bit about the Primitivo history and also how the Produtori di Manduria was able to bring together several vineyard’s to create great labels. Definitely the place to visit if you’re a wine lover. A great look at the history of wine making and the process changes throughout the years yet still retaining traditions and amazing quality.
