The area is small (about 15 spots), so it's advisable to book in advance. The people who run it (Sara and David) are very friendly, and you can communicate with them in English and also in French. David also speaks some Spanish. They are very kind and offer a shuttle service to Monterosso al Mare (included in the price), from where you can visit the Cinque Terre by train or, preferably, by ferry. We recommend the all-day ferry, which allows you to visit 4 of the Cinque Terre (Corniglia can be seen from the ferry but has no port), as well as Porto Venere, which we loved.
