Horrible behaviour of the staff, as they let us waiting 10 minutes at the reception desk, than they sent us home and meanwhile seated some of their friends. We went another day and the food was average for the price they asked for. I am surprised how poor service can be in places like this and how poorly people can treat other people without any reason.

The waiters are nice! But at zio pesce (uncle fish) they can not cook a fish! Waited an hour for a fish that they burned, and had to be replace for a fish that was not cooked RAW! And then expected to pay for a sea food pasta (that anyone can cook) that arrived when my partner already finished dinner. So, the manager came to scream at us for not willing to pay 6 euros remaining of his 'discount' for the raw fish and the pasta that ultimately arrived late and was not what I wanted to l eat! Awful experience. They grab you to make you seat and then you are trapped. We waited 20 mins for ordering then first dish after 45 mins. Last dish after 1 hour with starter at the end . Worst than everything, they treat local customer differently. And instead of recognising and apologies, they put the blame on the fact it was busy(despite a good third of empty tables).
