What a cool place to visit. There is limited English so be prepared to Google Lens Translate a lot of stuff. That does not really matter though as the exhibits are cool and the movable cameras allow you to get up close with wasps and other insects. Arrived 45 minutes before closing and rushed through and into the main thing I wanted to see which was the butterfly enclosure. 4月29日のGW初日に行きました。 昆虫が好きな子供たちがいるので何度か行かせてもらっています。 展示はすごくいいと思います。大きな模型や標本、もちろん本物の昆虫もいます。 放蝶ハウス？が目玉でとても近い距離で珍しい蝶が見れるので昆虫好きにとっては素晴らしい施設です！ 注意点は、午前の部と午後の部と営業時間が分かれているので、12時頃に着いてしまうと1時間以上待つ事になるので注意です。（近くに公園があるのでそこで時間潰す事も出来ますがそんなに大きな公園ではないかつ小さなお子さん向け遊具が多いので小学生くらいのお子さんには物足りないので遊び道具もあると乗り切れるかも） 平日はほぼ貸切状態ですが、土日は少し早めに行った方が良さそうです。

5月8日でコロナが5類になったので現在の運営状況はわかりませんが、4月29日時点で入場するための整理券（混雑回避のため）やソーシャルディスタンス、検温、1人1人のアルコール消毒などがまだあり、マスクも必須でした。マスクが任意になる中、そんなに人が集まる場所でも無いのにまだここまで対策する必要はあるのかと世間からの遅れを感じました。結局施設内で並んでた人達みんなが合流する事になるので整理券は本当に意味ないと思います。

午前の部と午後の部の間は出口のみ開放されててトイレは行くことが出来ます。 ガチャガチャもあります。この時期では珍しい鈴虫の展示も玄関でありました。 午後の部を待ってる間昆虫大好きな子供が鈴虫を見に行っていたら男性職員さんがとても優しく説明して頂きました。 ですが受付の年配の女性職員さんが、まだなので外で待っててくれと言われました。 出口付近に展示しているのであれば少しくらい見させてもらっても良くないですか？まだ3歳の小さな子供なのに。って融通が利かないな〜って少し残...
