I love this art museum. They have a great collection of art including Korean art, art from celebrities, a special exhibition, calligraphy, and art and photography of Beppu Tower. You may recognise some names, including legendary film makers Akira Kurosawa and Takeshi Kitano.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Despite the language barrier between us, they explained that I was free to take pictures. When there was drilling, they came over with a translated message to apologise. They were the best.

I had a great time at the Beppu Art Museum, and I'd definitely recommend it if you like art, or you'd like to learn more about Beppu Tower. I got my ticket for the art museum included with the Beppu Excursion Pass. If you're visiting a lot of Beppu attractions, check out the excursion pass and see if it...

アートミュージアムの見どころは芸能人や世界中の有名人の絵画になります。懐かしい方々の有名な作品がいろいろ展示されています。工藤静香、八代亜紀、加山雄三にビートルズなどなど、、

そんな中でも東郷青児や横山大観などの作品もあり国内海外と有名な画家の作品も展示されています。
