Chiba Station — Attraction in Chiba

If JR LINES do see this, please read the whole thing as an older, semi obese gentleman working on august 18 from 19:00~ 20:30 is tarnishing your company’s reputation by showing aggressive and accusatory attitude. Not to mention, it was clear as day that he has treated me differently than the Japanese locals in the same room.

Here’s the things he’s done in the span of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

-lied that a refund for the overcharged ticket was not possible.

lied that a NEX ticket price from Narita to Chiba and Narita to Otaru was not different

-lied that JR LINES does not provide support with English even if there were devices readily available to assist the issue.

-lied to his coworkers claiming he knows English and twisted our message and our issue. We only wanted to get a partial refund because the ticket clerk at Narita made a mistake and over charged us with the wrong ticket. We wanted a fair and just resolution. IT WAS NOT TO GET A FULL REFUND

he made every effort to escalate the situation by causing confusion, raising his voice, and showed a condescending attitude towards… customers like me

This is the worst Train station in the whole damn country. I live near it and every time I have to use it I loath the experience. It looks nice and has many good shops in and around it, but it has wrong track numbers, times and sometimes even the info on the display on the trains is wrong. They are constantly changing the info of tracks and times and not updating the signs. For the last 8 years I have been using it I try to avoid it at all costs. 夜間帯(1/29、22時確認済)モノレール千葉駅の改札前〜千葉駅東口のタクシー乗り場、バス乗り場にかけてつねに前屈みのままのホームレスと思しき知的障害者の男が常に俳諧しております。 警察の方への対応依頼をお願い致します。

また、同日の同じ時間帯に、普段は天台駅付近をうろついているド派手な自転車から爆音で音楽を流し続けている中年男性が駅エスカレーター前に居座り続けるなど、治安の酷さに拍車が掛かっていました。

例のチューハイ男また復活していました。。。

以前から黒髪長髪(手入れされていない)の不審な30代位の男(中肉中背)が若い女性にしきりに声をかけウロウロする姿を何度も目撃しているのですが、1/3の21時30分、サングラスを掛けていたものの酷似した男がエスカレーター付近を頻りに彷徨いていました。 (何故か毎回チューハイを片手に持っているところも一致) 強引な声かけなどがあればご対応お願いします。

【ホームレスの楽園】常に駅の中や周辺を徘徊しています。

7/10追記 ↓の個体に加え、7/10は明らかなホームレスと分かる方がモノレール改札前及びJRとの連絡通路を徘徊しておりました。(09時25分確認済み)それも複数個体。 面倒なのは分かりますがここまで来た以上ご対応をお願いします。

6/20追記 例のホームレス風のつるつるの挙動不審の不審者ですが、6/20は駅の目の前の広場に荷物を椅子代わりにして腰掛け延々としきりに通行人を凝視し続けていました。 流石にお声がけをお願いします。

6/6追記 最近駅の中央改札の前で夜21時以降ずっと徘徊しながら通行人に絡もうとしている不審なホームレス風の男が居ます(70代くらい？) →遠巻きに見ると高齢の如何にもホームレスという出立ちですが、近くで見ると40〜50代位と分かる頭部その他がツルツル(ベージュの帽子をかぶってます)で、袋のようなものを持った男性です。 千葉駅に居ない時は6/13みたいに千葉駅〜富士見町間をしきりに徘徊しています。 (6/14は駅の目の前でしきりにキョロキョロと通行人を見続けておりました)

様子を見る限り、正直何されるかわからず不安なので夜間誰か警備の人に改札前や駅周辺に居て頂きたいのが本音。 あまりに目に余るようであれば声掛けをお願いします。
