As about as good a place as one could hppe for a cherry blossom viewing and comfortable picnic/party. There's plenty of space, lots of picturesque sightlines and a relaxed and timeless atmosphere.

It's great how, when close to full bloom, the cherry blossoms seem to flow over or onto the river that is really just a river bed. I understand that there are events there every time of year, but the beginning of the Spring has got to be the best! Lots of cosplayers also tend to come for photo shoots and they are rarely too shy to take a photo with you.

総合運動公園なので、団体で試合使用するような施設ばかりです。 同じブロック内には図書館や公営ホールがあるので、散歩や散策目的で利用する人もいます。 最近工事してバラ園が出来たというウワサを聞きました。

予約なしで利用できるのは、ペコちゃん公園（児童公園）と隣の芝生広場と、例年は夏場のプール（コロナ渦では、ここも抽選予約制になっていたみたいです。）くらいですね。

公園内には自販機はありますが売店がないので、小腹を満たすのに川を渡ったコンビニまで行かないと食べ物にはありつけません。 夏場お弁当作っても、持ち歩いて痛むのが怖いし、プールは利用した事がありません。 気候のいい時期ならプール以外の施設をお弁当持参で利用するのは良いかも知れませんが。

毎年確か文化の日に、パトカーや消防車などの緊急車両に乗れたり、露店やフリマが出るイベントが開催されていて、そういう日には、秦野駅👈カルチャーパーク👉渋沢駅の臨時バスが出ています。 （両駅から徒歩はかなりキツい距離です。）

子供を連れて児童公園に行くのに、休日は特に駐車場も混んでるから、車やバスを使ってまで行くのも億劫なので、（そこまでして行くか？って位のビミョ〜な規模の児童公園なので）正直私はあんまり行きません。

バラ園より、小動物と触れ合えるミニ動物園...
