Only one side of the station is staffed. The toilet is also far. This is a very old station (old as in it has a long history, not rundown). I like that it serves the Ishibashi shopping street, my favorite haunt for student bars. Don’t be fooled by the name. The Toyonaka Campus of Osaka University is about 2km away, so it’s a nightmare if it’s raining or if the sun is strong. Being a student area it can get crowded too.
