Oki Escape — Attraction in Kitanakagusuku

Made a reservation for the family for 1100am Sunday morning. The reservation was made on-site w/ employees to include me providing a phone number. As of 1130am day of - place is still locked up closed and no employees on site. Phone is off as well - although their Facebook page says ‘Open Now’. Unsure of the Escape Room experience obviously but obviously poorly managed/ bad business model. Don’t waste your time with the first time slot of the day as they may not feel like opening. Recommend a mid-day where you can call in advance to make sure they are open before wasting your time traveling down to Gate 2 St - paying for parking and standing outside a locked door as we did.

UPDATE: Contacted by ownership after initially positing the above. Although I can not speak to what happened with our original reservation, I can say the owners stepped up and took care of business. Very impressed with how quickly I was contacted and the desire to make things up to us. We did return the same day as guests of ownership to include having one of the partners on site to greet us. Family absolutely enjoyed the experience and we look forward to returning / continuing our 'escape'. Strongly recommend...

My friends and I absolutely loved the experience! We tried the pirate ship one over a year ago, and came back to try the bank heist one. We were luckily able to escape both of them! The staff are so nice even when we struggled a lot and were probably annoying them, lol. At both locations, the theme is on point, and the puzzles are really creative and well thought out. I went to the Oki Escape in Rycom but i couldn’t find it so i’ll leave a review here. First off, I had a lot of fun with my three other friends. I will say that it is definitely easier than the one in Koza, however it was still challenging and made us use our brains. The staff gave us clues but it wasn’t straight up telling us the answer, which I appreciated.
