Ikutagawa Park — Attraction in Kobe

A long expanse of a park along the east side of the Ikuta River. There are many sections. There is the Dragon water spitting fountains and Chinese pagoda at the northern end near Shin-Kobe station all the way down to the playground halfway to HAT Kobe. Some sections are paved some dirt there are plenty of benches and places to picnic. A couple of places let you access the river. There are also a couple of areas with playground equipment for the kids.
