I have been to Japan many times and this is my first time staying in a hotel. This hotel left a very good impression on me. I will choose this hotel for short trips in the future.First of all, the location is very good, just near Sannomiya Station. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a 711 downstairs and many chain restaurants to choose from. They are delicious and affordable.Self-service check-in is very convenient. The machines are in Chinese. The lobby on the first floor provides a variety of daily necessities, including sunscreen, makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, moisturizing lotion, and even facial and hair masks. You really don’t need to bring anything with you. It’s so convenient. Sencha powder is also provided. and tea bag coffeeI booked a double bed room. The room is really small, but fortunately there is a window. You can also enjoy the skyline at sunset from the window. The facilities are actually available. If you are alone, it is actually very suitable. I will consider booking 21 square meters in the future. twin roomThe room is very clean and the facilities are well maintained. You can ask for cleaning every day if necessary. The cleaning is also very clean and the towels can be changed every day.You can also store your luggage after checking out. We went to Awaji Island to stay overnight and it was no problem to store our luggage for two days. It was really convenient and I was very satisfied. I will consider this brand frequently...
Read moreI spent four nights here recently while visiting Kobe.||The location of the hotel is great. It’s a very short stroll from Sannomiya train and bus station, which is the main transport hub in the city. It’s also in an area surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. ||I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Checkin isn’t until 3pm, but they happily held my luggage for me as I had arrived early in the morning. ||The rooms are typical Japanese business hotel room style. That means they are small, but have most things you could need. The room had a fridge, plenty of usb sockets for charging portable devices, a good shower and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom was equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, razors, toothpaste and toothbrushes should you need them. The only downside to this style of accommodation is that clothing storage is very limited. This wasn’t an issue for me, but there is only space to hang a handful of clothing items.||There is a buffet breakfast served at the cafe on the ground floor. The buffet style is entirely Japanese, so if you are happy to eat local dishes you’ll be fine. If you want western fair you’d need to look elsewhere. Don’t expect any bread, pastries or cereals. It tended to be fish, miso soup, various vegetables and rice along with coffee and fruit juice.||I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would certainly consider it again should I...
