The staff at the Information Desk are phenomenal! I asked for their help when I learned that my O2 concentrstor was not functioning. I had only 24 hrs in port before my ship was departing for a 13-day cruise. Since having Covid, I am dependent on nocturnal oxygen. Within one hour, they had contacted Phillips Corp and a Phillips staff member brought me a loaner O2 concentrator in a box with a pre-paid postage label! They do not rent equipment, but he loaned it to me for two weeks at No cost, so that I would be able to continue my vacation safely! I was asked to mail it back to him from Tokyo!
