This was a super fun find in Kobe. We didn’t know about this place before coming here. But we saw some mountains and gardens on Google maps and decided to walk over there. We were pleasantly surprised to find a tram up to the top with a cute, observation deck and walking trails. It was stroller accessible! Highly recommend

1,800¥ admission to the Harb Garden/Observation deck/Roind ropeway tickets. Although I am not interested in plants, walking from the top through gardens was great. Shops and Cafes are available.

Wow is all I can think of 😊 The view is absolutely breathtaking, the rope ride up was my first time on rope ride. The location is beautiful beyond words Staff members are very friendly
