神戸布引ハーブ園 展望プラザにあるバーです。ハーブ園産「ぺパーミント」を使用した「布引モヒート」(ラムをベースとした、冷たいタイプのカクテル)をはじめ、ドイツ産のビールやワインやソフトドリンクがあり、さらにステーキやソーセージ盛り合わせなどお酒によく合うお食事が用意されています。 みんさんお食事を受け取ったら、展望プラザのテラス席で食べます。中には展望台で景色を眺めながら立食の人たちもいます。 妻と二人で久しぶりにハーブ園にやってきて、ここでランチを頂きました。頂いたのは「ソーセージ盛り合わせ」「若鶏のポッロフリット」(からあげ)と、我々はお酒を飲まないので「ミントレモネード」「キンダーワイン白」(ノンアル)です。 真夏はガーデンはさほど混んでおらず、テラス席でゆったりとリッチな気分でお食事できました。 (訪問：2024-08-03)
