It costs 300 yen to enter but there is a lot to do here. Lots of playgrounds for kids and other activities as well as a cafe - inside and outside seating - and other eating areas. For 300 yen entry fee - you get a mini zoo (think red pandas, alpaca, prairie dogs, miniature horses), a small funfair for kids, a museum, a Japanese style garden, a locomotive, cafes, playgrounds and a variety of native birds.
The park is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. I visited in late winter, but I am sure the park will be stunning in spring considering the abundant sakura and peach blossom trees.
Definitely not to miss...

The animals are so cute!!! The park itself is very pretty. There is a small house of mirrors. There is also a small kids amusement park. Well worth the 300 yen to enter. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you...
