Shima-seiryu no yu is a great day-use onsen. It is owned by the city of Nakanojo and is open to the general public.

Like the other hotsprings in the Shima area it is a calcium-salt onsen. The baths are clean and both offer indoor and outdoor sections. Both baths have an excellent view of the river and surrounding mountains.

The only caveat is that you trade a bit of privacy for the great view.

If you are in Shima-onsen for a day, this is a great place to take a bath and relax.

The fee is 500 yen for 2 hours, 800 for 3. Be sure to bring your own towel. Parking is free...

タトゥーは入浴禁止と非常に不快で差別的な対応を受けました。入浴中に係員が(それも英語で…)風呂場から出る様に指示されました。 しょうがなく納得して了承したのですが、全裸なのでその係員が離れるのを待っていたのですが、ずっと僕の事を熟視して離れてくれませんでした…...

Shima onsen is an all-natural onsen and super hot. It’s properties are great for the skin and my back always feels great after a splash. Since the pools are of the highest natural temperatures and the view amazing , I recommend visiting this onsen in the winter when snow is...

日帰り温泉で利用しましたが、ロケーション、雰囲気、清潔感、全てにおいて文句なしです😊 施設は、とても綺麗です😊 また、入浴料も2時間で500円とリーズナブルでとても満足です😊 お風呂は、そんなには広くはありませんが空いててゆったり入れました😆 そして、露天風呂からの景色が素晴らしくとても満足です😊 近くに、立ち寄った時は是非また行きたいです😊

２０２４年１２月１５日(日) 駐車場が空いていた。 受付で『入墨、タトゥーの人は入浴出来ない。スマホで撮影禁止など』注意書きを見せられて注意喚起していました。 以前は、そんな事言ってなかった。今は、この様な注意喚起をしてくれているので、安心して入浴出来ます。 久しぶりに風呂場に行ったら、空いていた。以前はとても混んでいて話にならなかったけど本日は空いていて良かったです。 温泉むすめのパネルとバッチが展示されていた。 ２０２３年５月１４日(日) 雨で日曜日だから、空いているだろうと思って行ってみたら、駐車場が満車。しかも、年寄りの車が変な所に止めてあって危ない。車がドンドン来て接触しそうな勢い。駐車場が恐ろしい事になっていた。 空いているのを車の中で待っていたら、次々と車か来てバックして戻れなくなってしまった。 暫く待っていたら、何とか変えれた。 お風呂もこれでは芋洗い状態だっただろうなぁ。 ２０２３年４月３０日(日) 駐車場に空きがあった。『もしかして空いてる？』と思いながら入ったら、空いてました。 露天風呂はほぼ貸し切り状態でした。いつも混んでるのに今回は、空いていたので珍しい。 内湯が若干熱くなっていたので、良かったです。露天風呂は風が吹いていて心地良かったです。 ２０２３年２月２６日(日) 寒かったせいか、待合室のストーブがついてました。 露天風呂に入っていたら、雪がチラチラ降ってきて、乙な気分になった。 今日は、風呂場で喋っている人がいなくて良かったです。 ２０２２年８月２１日(日)の午後２時頃に行きました。 空いてましたけど、夕方四時頃から人が増えてきて、年寄り二人がペチャクチャ喋ってた。おいおい、黙って入るんじゃないの？ しかも、その後も小さい子供を連れた父親が来て、子供が騒いでた。こちらも、喋ってた。 コロナ禍なのに、マナーが悪い。親の躾が悪いんだなと心に留めておいた。次回は、店員さんに言って注意してもらおうと思います。 最近、マナーが悪い人達が増えすぎたから、楽しめない。 ２０２２年５月１日(日)に再び行きました。 １６時に就いて受付した後に脱衣所へ。 脱衣所の籠は5箇所位しか空いてなかった。 風呂場に行ったら、洗い場が空いてない。 １０分位したら空いたので、そこを利用。 内湯は熱くて最高です。 内湯を楽しんだ後は、露天風呂に行きましたが混雑していて入れない。仕方がないので、小さい露天風呂に入りました。こちらも熱くて気持ち良かったです。雨が降っている時に入る露天風呂も最高です。 脱衣所の掃除も行き届いていて良かったです。 ２０１６年に四万清流の湯に行きました。 清流を眺めながらの露天風呂と内湯は最高です♪

日帰り温泉で利用しましたが、ロケーション、雰囲気、清潔感、全てにおいて文句なしです😊 施設は、とても綺麗です😊 また、入浴料も2時間で500円とリーズナブルでとても満足です😊 お風呂は、そんなには広くはありませんが空いててゆったり入れました😆 そして、露天風呂からの景色が素晴らしくとても満足です😊 近くに、立ち寄った時は是非また行きたいです😊
