Excellent and very interesting place!
I was near Nara park in a very windy and cold day in January, I wanted to go to the bathroom too and I saw an announcement for a free resting place with bathroom and didn’t think twice!
After going to the bathroom I stopped and saw the museum, it’s really impressive technology that you should check out, they also have nice demonstrations and a chair where you can experience an earthquake simulation, all for free and with coffee and tea!
Thanks for providing this service, it’s nice to have a place like this absolutely free of charge, a small oasis...

I've traveled a lot, so I'm used to being suspicious of "free" things for tourists. However, this place doesn't come with any hidden costs. (Disclaimer: the museum is run by a company that uses it to highlight their construction work, but they don't do it in an uncomfortable way.)
