Yamanashi Prefectural Fuji-yuusui-no-sato & Mori-no-naka Aquarium — Attraction in Oshino

For English speakers. This is a fun small local aquarium. Be aware, nothing is in English, except for the scientific names. Definitely geared towards Japanese children for the locals but still a fun aquarium to go to see more of the fresh water fish.

There are plenty of fish and since nothing is in English it took us about an hour to get through. Never seen this big of a catfish or koi fish before coming here. The tank full of the fresh water fish with salmon was awesome to see and fun for the kids.

The facility is definitely a bit run down but it almost feels natural with the moss growing the way it is on the facility.

All in all, if you are out this way and need something to do with the kids this is a great place to go. The Sakana Koen has a playground and a water area for kids to play in...
