Temiya Ryokuka Botanical Gardens — Attraction in Otaru

The gardens above Otaru Port are peaceful and quiet, lots of carefully manicured shrubs, trees and lawns are very well maintained. It’s free to enter and free parking as well, I took about 45 minutes to casually stroll around taking in the beauty of nature and enjoying the splendid views of the port below.
