小樽の手宮地区の鎮守様になります 。 社殿は煤田山の山頂になります 。 境内へと続く「 励ましの坂 」は 最大斜度が24度というかなりの 急勾配の坂道になっていて 車種によってはアクセル満開で 登ることになるかもしれません 。

稲荷神社の神様である「 保食神 」の他 合祀した金刀比羅神社の神様である 「 大物主大神 」が祀られていて 更に何故か天満宮の神様の 「 菅原道真 」も祀られておりました 。

今時のあか抜けた建物ではなく 小樽らしく歴史を感じさせる 風格のある雰囲気の社殿でした 。 境内には宇迦御魂大神を主祭神とする 小樽地守稲荷神社さん も 鎮座をされておりました 。 漫画っぽいカワイイ 狛狐さんも番兵 しておりました 。 御朱印 を頂くことができました...
