Don't come without reservations. It took me 19 mins walking from the station with my two kids in the rain, and at the entrance, I was told that it was full today so I cannot visit unless there is a guided tour. Very disappointed that I come all the way but cannot see anything. Thanks for the free milk as a complimentary drink.

Had a great experience at the tour even the tour is in Japanese and we are foreigners. The free tour show us how 雪印 milk products were made, and show case the milk production factory. Please note that reservation a day prior is required and they run 3 tours per day. They are very kind to let us join the tour when we turned up without...

The tour was very informative and interesting. All in Japanese, but they gave me an English leaflet that explained everything. If you are interested in dairy products in recommend taking the tour. You need to book a time slot, which is think you can do online, but i did it in person and then just waited for the...
