Read moreNice view and it is for free! Head towards the office entrance of the AER building close to Sendai train station and look for the elevator which takes you to the 31st floor. There you practically have a view in 3 directions though there are "only" two roofed terraces. The third direction can only be seen through the window at the elevator exits. Windows cover the whole area which means you do get reflections in your photos unless you bring something black to cover the lens. Still you get some nice output and it takes not much of your time to drop in up there....
