A large conference center next to the Sendai Castle Site. Access in just 4 minutes via the East-West subway line from Sendai Station. Free Wi-Fi and language materials to use at the Koryu Corner. Clean and spacious event space and restrooms. The center hosts many medical related conferences. There is no large electronic sign or billboard so it is difficult to know what event is happening that day. There is currently no inside convenience store or place to purchase things such as snacks, umbrellas, batteries, pencils, or tissues. I attended a conference “the 3rd symposium for the core research clusters for materials science and spontronics” organized by Tohoku University as a poster presenter of my scientific research and I am extremely happy as I got the poster award!!! Perfectly spacious venue, multimedia auditoriums, clean and hygienic, friendly staff! Good for small or big events. Highly recommended.
