とても長い公園なので幼児にはベビーカーやキャンプ用品のキャリーワゴン（カート）などがあると良いでしょう。海鮮のマルシェに近い駐車場は混みがち。そこが入り待ちの時も1番和歌山側の駐車場は空きがあることが多いです。

遊具があるエリアには地面から水が出るところがあるので、着替えを持っていくと良いです。赤ちゃんは水遊びパンツがあると良いと思います。その横がドッグランで、暑い日は犬も端っこで水を浴びていたりしますので、犬アレルギーの人は良くないかもしれません。

また飲食店はどこもテラス席があるので犬連れの方はテラス席で繋いでいました。

公園ですが木はあまりなく、木陰は少ないので注意です。例えば遊具エリアで子供に付き添う時は週末は人が多すぎて日傘はさせません。つばの大きい帽子などがあると良いでしょう。砂浜エリアはポップアップテントを使っている人も多いです。

人の多さの割にトイレが少ないのでピーク時は並びます。

スケートボードやバスケットボールのエリアも土日はすごい混雑です。

長い公園ですので端から端まで歩くのに自転車、キックボード、スケートボード、ローラースケート、中には電動モペット（電動バイク）や原付で移動している人もいます。ペットや子供連れの方は注意してください。

緊急事態宣言中も海鮮のマルシェエリアは土日に通常営業しています。ここのエリアもすごい人です。無料の焼き場も有料の焼き場も混んでいます。

日曜日のスターバックスは外まで長い行列が絶えません。ずっと混んでいます！緊急事態宣言中はこのスターバックスやスケートボードエリアの近くに出ていたケバブ屋さん（移動販売車）などはお休みされているようです。

飲食店も緊急事態宣言中はラストオーダーがすごい早く15:00には入れない店もありました。

駐車料金はマルシェや飲食店で駐車券に割引を押してもらえますよ。

キャンプエリアもホテルエリアも最初は利用者が少なかったですが、この頃はたくさん利用されているようです。キャンプエリアはすぐ目の前（海側）が一般の公園利用者の通路ですので、すごく人の目は気になると思います。ホテルエリアはキャンプエリアほど歩く人と距離が近くないですが、やはりウッドデッキやお庭で遊んでいると人の視線は感じると思います。お庭の前が通路なので。過敏な人は気になるかもしれません。 ホテルはヴィラタイプで一軒ずつ独立していますが隣との距離はあいていません。また受付（キャンプファイヤーエリア）に近い場所は、爆音で音楽をかけているので気になる人もいるかもしれません。
