Update: 3 days after check in we had to just check out and get an airbnb, it kept getting worse, my brother couldn’t even visit us since they would tell him “Only 30 minutes” like who does that!?! Also, they would Chase us out the hotel saying 5 people couldn’t stay in the room. When it was just 3; my partner our son and I. I would leave zero stars but it won’t let me. —— After traveling for 11 hours with my family and reserving a room for 4 people with months in advance, we were told at the front desk we couldn’t sleep everyone in the same room. We had to get my brother a different hotel since this one had every other day available. When I booked it for all of us for 5 consecutive days. This needs to be said on their website 2 queen beds in a room CAN NOT have 4 people total. (2 and 2) also, charging me for my sons stay for the 5 days is ridiculous he’s 8.
