The staff were really friendly. The place was okay. But the art at Odaiba Trick Art Museum is so much better.

Here the rooms are small so you don’t have the space for the perspective to work as it should. On top of that the places marked to stand to take the photos is right in front of the door so people just keep walking in front of you.

It was busy and we found most people were just plain rude and would actually just push the children out of the way as they were trying to explore the art.

There’s a lot more variety of various art than at odaiba so maybe on a quieter day it would have been much better.

However, today I can’t say I enjoyed...

Must go to!!!!! Such a fun musuem!!! Take a friend alone so you can take all the cool photos since it needs to be done on an angle and not as a selfie! Staff were super friendly and took some photos for me since I was a solo traveler! Will be going to more of these Trick Art musuems!!! The art was so fun!!! The path was available in Japanese and English. Have fun getting lost and confused!!!

With your entrance fee you get a token for a free drink at the end. *hiked Mt. Takao and was able to have plenty of time to go...

I enjoyed a day with the family at the Trick Art Museum in Takao. The museum was interesting and we had a great time. They provided us a short tour in English before we explored on our own. We took a lot of funny photos. The museum provided Tokens so that we could enjoy a free coffee on our way out. We walked around town and discovered a cog railway and a chairlift. We will definitely return and enjoy all that Takao...

This will be worth your while. JPY1,500ish (1,560 or so?) per adult. At a glance, they don't look that impressive but as you move on, you will definitely enjoy some of the settings and make great photo shoots for your family and friends. You will get a complimentary drink and have a cuppa at the exit balcony area, overseeing the Takaosanguchi train station and the mountain at the back.
