Awesome experience in japan.... I personally define it as a road cable car.... Monblowing places... Awesome atmosphere... You will feel just like in heaven.... If you are in japan then i heartly request you to visit this palce... Heaven in the shadow of Mount Takao ... It was my best trip ever in my life.... Best trekking road available very fantastic atmosphere with the great cable car riding experience with the awesome glimpse of Mt. Fuji... Loved it...

I’ve been to Mount Takao thrice.

The roundtrip transportation costs around 900yen. I recommend going by cable car going up and chairlift going down for a good experience.

In our last trip, we were with our dog so we used roundtrip cable car. The good thing about the cable car is it’s pet-friendly, as long as you have a pet stroller.

The cable car ride is a great experience. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. However the building itself is old and doesn't have great facilities. Vending machines within the station are expensive. Stairs up to toilets. The price of the cable car is as steep as the mountain's incline! The chair lifts to the top of Mt Takao share the...

I’ve been to Mount Takao thrice. The roundtrip transportation costs around 900yen. I recommend going by cable car going up and chairlift going down for a good experience. In our last trip, we were with our dog so we used roundtrip cable car. The good thing about the cable car is it’s pet-friendly, as long as you have a pet stroller. The cable car departs every 15 minutes.

Queues were long (an hour to queue and and 35 minutes on way back) and there is barely anything to explain the possible routes up top. 480 yen each way was a bit rich to be honest.
