Tondemi — Attraction in Tokyo

I come here occasionally when I need to have a birthday party or when Tokyo summer is way too brutal for them to play outside.

My kids have been coming here since they were six and the young one for years of age. Now my kids are preteen and they still enjoy it.

Tomomi regulates what time you entered by the color of the bracelet. However if you arrived a little bit early there’s an area you can play prior to your designated time bracket.

Recently, they changed their policy and their membership can only be filled through the LINE app. To make things worse, the app and process is only given in Japanese. Buying the ticket in advance was so complicated too I’m Japanese and it was just kind of hard for me to understand the option.

In my opinion I think the place is over priced, but there are a lot of staff watching after the kids so I guess it’s a fair amount. There’s a small place with a table and chairs where the parents can kind of relax. (Huge plus if you have older kids)

Some of the staff are semi professional athletes and will show you trampoline tricks. it was interesting.

In all, I would recommend this to Kids three years of age and up. Bring a change of clothes, water bottle, and definitely come here...

This was a horrifying experience, as a person with glasses, I was not able to enjoy the experience. People with glasses cannot: Jump on the most part of the trampoline or run through the air castle and race without getting of your glasses. ここは子どもの楽園です。 2時間たっぷり遊べて、子ども1名＋保護者1名の付き添いで4,400円でした。（子ども1名の施設利用料が3,300円＋保護者の付き添い料が600円+バーティカルスライド500円。初回は会員登録料600円がかかります。*施設利用料は日によって変わるようです。詳しくはホームページを確認することをおすすめします）

受付がある3階にはトランポリンと屋内アスレチックがあります。2階には就学前の小さな子ども向けの広場のようなエリアがあります。 1階ではハーネスとロープを装着して遊ぶアスレチックが楽しめます。子どもたちにとって、一番の楽しみはやはり1階のアスレチックです。利用者はハーネスとヘルメットを装着し、施設を安全に使用するための動画を視聴。その後、靴を消毒してからアスレチックがスタートします。様々なデザインのボルダリングやスリル満点の高所アスレチックがあり、子どもたちはとても楽しそうでした。一部のポイントにはスタッフが配置されており、怖くて進めなくなった子どもへの対応もスムーズに行われていました。

追加で500円支払うと、バーティカルスライドも楽しめます。これもなかなか面白いです。摩擦防止用の専用ウェアと靴下を着用して、巨大な滑り台（バーティカルスライド）を滑ります。滑り台に設置されたバーを掴んで頂上まで吊り上げられ、そこで手を離して滑ります。握力がないと途中で手が離れてしまうこともあります。8歳の娘は、前回の訪問時には途中で手が離れてしまい悔しそうでしたが、今回は上手くできてとても喜んでいました。小学校高学年くらいになると、力がついてきてうまく滑れるようになるかもしれません。

3階のトランポリンも楽しそうでした。トランポリンでジャンプしながら、大型スクリーン上のカニを進めるレースや、跳躍力を活かしたバレーボールを楽しめます。 さらに、3階にはエアーランエリアという、ふかふかのエアー障害物をかき分けて進むアスレチックもあり、タイムを競い合います。

2時間は本当にあっという間で、夢中になれる施設です。

注意点としては、開始・終了時刻は1時間単位で決められており、途中から入場した場合、過ぎた分は切り捨てられてしまいます。（例：14:00からの回に14:15に入場した場合でも16:00までしか遊べず、15分は切り捨て） 受付では説明や登録のプロセスがあり、1組につき5分ほどかかるので、開始時刻より20分程度早めに到着するのが良いでしょう。 (1階にゲームコーナーがあり、時間を潰すことができます)

子連れだけでなく、カップルや友人同士での利用も多く見られました。身体を動かして楽しみたい...
