⭐️THE WORST Royal Host⭐️ This is the worst chained restaurant I have ever had in past decades in Tokyo. Not one of, worst

Food Salad: it is annoying to find the avocado in your salad is either too hard or too old. For the kids salad, the sauce is just too sour

Main: it’s interesting when you find they serve knife and fork when you order a curry rice

Desert: we order the desert to come after meal and in fact it took a century for the desert to finally arrive at our table.

Service: The manager is grumpy, and not professional at all. While there is long line out side and in store there are at least 3 empty fresh tables. Nobody bother to check the status instead the team is like robots only move by the displayed orders. Apology to saizariya but this one is just not even like half of saizariya...

The food was terrible and pretty expensive. We went because two foodie bloggers on a well known video streaming service gave it a good recommendation but the food was terrible. The steak in my son’s steak salad was almost 50% fat. My steak hotpot was tastless and the free refill soda fountain was more like a trickle, taking forever to fill up one small glass.
