We reluctantly went for dinner at this somewhat low rated restaurant that is close to our hotel to try their tempura. We were very pleasantly surprised by the food quality and the atmosphere. The atmosphere is very nice, with jazz music playing at a medium high volume, bright white lights, seating area that doesn't look worn out and no other tourists besides us. We could hear the trains passing on the rails on top of the restaurant which was fun to us. We ordered somewhat blindly at the ticket vending machine in the entryway. The tempura was a big portion, crispy, tasty, delicate and not oily. My husband liked his food as well. There was free tea offered, not sure which kind but it didn't overpower the taste of the food unlike in other establishments we've been to. We'd like to come back and...
