I have read some negative reviews from senior students but base on my personal experience, although the school has some problems this or that (as any Japanese university), JIU is basically good, including the service, environment, activity and education quality in some specific sections. The point is: Does the student know how to take these advantages or not. In general, if students cannot learn to be global citizens (active learners), just stick with old-fashioned Japanese thinking, they may not realize the good from an international university with professors have plenty real experiences and the 'relationship' they can receive.

Read moreI studied at Josai International University under the department of International Humanities. I spent a part of my student life there. That one year became my favourite student life. Teachers are so kind and talented. They taught me what the real university student life is like. I got lots of precious experiences within a year. And so happy to go excursions with teachers and friends. My favourite place is library because it has a great architectural building, ukiyoe museum and International student corners. I a sure that this place will create a good environment for you.❣

Read moreSpent my 4 years here and graduated miraculously considering how terrible the main office is with accounting credits you earned. Foreign students who are there for a year or less get treated like royalty. If you plan on being here for 2 years or longer, prepare to hate your decision.
People who voted positive have not seen the real face of what this school is like, obviously pampered by their study abroad program with everything handed to them, including housing and classes....
