Sakyu Center Station, Sand Dunes Tourist Chairlift — Attraction in Tottori

Very cheap! 400 yen for Round trip. 300 yen for one way. It is not a great view. But it is pleasant. The staff are helpful in getting you seated and reminding you where to stand. For taller people be careful you will hit your head on the shade portion. They ask you to lift your legs up until it is off the platform. They also take a commemorative photo which edits the sand dunes into the background for 1500 yen. The photo is set up on the way back up. It will tell you to smile and have a flash to get your picture taken.

12/12/2021 ( Sunday ) Beautiful place and mazing place to experience. Car 🚗 parking is free for whole day so you can experience this and even sand museum and sand dunes for free . Toilet 🚽 is available. Wheelchair ♿️ is not ok 👌 for this ride as it can be little dangerous . Cash 💰 only to buy ticket . They even click picture 🎥 in between the ride and when you reach to the destination or Terrance they ask if you want to buy the picture the price is ¥1200 per picture with paper stand ....

No view and slow. But safe and fun with friends. Especially you don’t want to walk for 100 steps, it is the best...
