割と広めの公園ですが、緑は少ないですね。 ベンチはそれなりにあるので、のんびりと休憩する事が出来ました！大通りから少々入っているので、静かに過ごせました。有難いことにトイレも完備されています。ちょっと覗きましたが、便座は洋式でした。 トイレ前の道路に駐車し易いからだと思いますが、タクシーが結構いましたね。自分的には公園にはもっと緑が欲しい感じです。 2024年10月

横浜市の西区役所の近くに位置する公園で、地形により二段になっています。 上段は広い運動場のようになっており、ちょっとしたボール遊びやサッカーなども出来そうな広さです。 下段は通常の公園で、ベンチやトイレ、遊具などがあります。 遊具は複合遊具(小さなすべり台と回転すべり台つき)・ブランコ(２連)・鉄棒・砂場・小さな遊具などです。 普通のすべり台はありません。

ラジオ体操を大音量防災用スピーカーを使って早朝6:30に365日開催している。 絶対近くに戸建てとマンションは買っちゃダメ！！！ 眠れなくなる！！！！

戸部公園のラジオ体操は問題視されており、 赤ちゃんが起きて泣いたり、体調不良を訴えているそうで警察の通報も毎年何度もあるらしい。 警察はラジオ体操している人たちは攻撃的で話を聞かず、取り合えないと返答した。 開催しているのは老人たちで、注意しても聞く耳持たずで注意した側の人間の見た目や話し方を侮辱する口ぶりで複数人で喧嘩口で騒音ではなく文化だと言い訳をしてくる。
