This is a good park for enjoying nice nature! I think it’s amazing in summer not for winter season haha. You can see Uraga channel from here so you can see many ships coming for Tokyo and leaving to Pacific Ocean from here it’s amazing view!! If it is a beautiful day you can see around Yokohama are and Tokyo too!! There are some remains during WW2 ear so you can see some battery and ammo storages. Some of the paths leading up to the lighthouse are a bit slick. Most paths are paved with asphalt or brick but there are a few dirt paths. The signage is great and there is pretty much a map at every major intersection. A few of the paths are still closed in summer 2020 (southwest side, and those leading to the flower garden).
None of the loops are that long and my 4 and 6 year olds had no problems...
