The place is very peaceful and relaxing. It is like 2 miles walk to roam around the area. The place is where most resident is going to if they would like to run or for biking.

You can do a lot of things in Cape Zanpa. Either you choose to exercise around the area through running, walking or cycling. You can also just relax and check the whole place.

Cape Zanpa has its own Lighthouse where you can go up for an amount of less then 300yen (I think it's like 200yen).

Great place for a nice view! Only 300 yen to climb the stairs inside the lighthouse. They do not accept card but will take both USD and yen. We explored a little outside of the fence to get a closer look at the edge of the rocks and it was very beautiful but do not let your kiddos do that with you. Those cliffs are very sharp. They have goats and bunnies and pigs to feed through the fence, too! Cute place, spent about 2 or so hours there and they had an icecream stand with floats, drinks, burgers, and corn dogs. We were looking for the Zakimi-jo ruins but GPS told us to go here (my mistake). I'm so glad we visited. The lighthouse is the only structure around here. We walked on the rugged rocks to get a closer look at the mesmerizing waves lapping at rocks. It's a nice experience.
