BBQ’s Ti-da33 — Restaurant in Yomitan

I ordered the ingredient set course and was delighted with the variety! 🍖 They provided pork, beef, and chicken – each was tender and full of flavor, leaving me totally satisfied. The ability to use a griddle, charcoal grill, and gas stove freely was a huge plus. Not to mention, they provided all the necessary utensils like tongs, kitchen scissors, and trays.

The view was absolutely stunning 🌊. We had a wide-open view of the sea, making for a luxurious location. I've heard the sunsets are gorgeous on clear days. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and a bit chilly on our visit, but the venue, with walls on three sides, was surprisingly warm and comfortable. We even got a glimpse of a beautiful 'Angel Road' through the clouds.

I forgot to take pictures, but the selection of about 30 types of seasonings was impressive. There were around five varieties each of soy sauce and salt, not to mention the abundance of barbecue and steak sauces, and A1 sauce. So many options, I couldn't try them all! 😋

We also opted for the all-you-can-drink alcohol package, which was a self-service with a wide variety to choose from, including beer, wine, shochu, and awamori. I'm not usually a fan of awamori, but the ones they had were so good that I ended up drinking them the most.

The staff were very kind and helpful, which made our barbecue experience, as novices, really enjoyable. The dessert of roasted marshmallows with chocolate and crackers was also delicious. 🍫🔥

We're planning to try the bring-your-own-ingredients barbecue next time, and then book another ingredient set barbecue after that. Looking...
