St Brelade's Bay — Attraction in St. Brelade

Been this hotel several times always booked through TravelZoo. Special offer deals excellent Service and staff there. Went last October 2018 with 15 year old daughter at the time to have quality Time together.( Ps.) Left husband at home on his own for the 4 days away! Lol. 10 minutes from Jersery Airport so very quick transfere. Hotel reception out of this world,Staff always going that extra mile for there guests,❤️a special touch. Restaurant,Bar, lounge area for quiet time ( reading ,morning coffee,afternoon teas or just sitting taken in the views of beach and sea breath Taking.) Rooms , Toiletries in bathrooms the Best ever seen in any hotel,🤣On arrival room was upgraded to part Seaview for back garden Room overlooking outside pool,excellent well keeped gardens only lovely in the summer months! Not October when we visited. Leisure within hotel Excellent.Swimming Pool, Gym,Beauty Treatment Suite , coffee bar etc ( Forgot my trainers couldn't do Gym but this year will pack them but😂😪 daughter did and loved the machines and workouts.) Public transport directly outside hotel also excellent to main St Heiler shopping city which we both loved. Please note Shops closed on Sundays which I didn't know before going there.😠But Ok as had a in hotel day insite swimming,Gym,wrote postcards down stairs in the lounge. Daughter wanted food saw brought to us in the lounges. Room service also excellent as well as she wanted to try it out for her 1st one whilst in room before dinner resting and watching TV etc. This is a five star plus hotel in my books and in pass years been to 4 star ones. Looked at prices whilst there to book directly but out of my price range( but maybe book through TravelZoo who send me weekly E_Mails. Who do flights, Hotel transfers, HB at Hotel for !!!!!! Price. Booked to go back October 16th 2019 but taking my husband this year as a big thank you and to share quality time together🤣 💞 ( daughter 16 years old and wants to stay home this year, ) Looked at Summer Prices but to expensive for a family room with 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in between them and two separate front doors, views over looking beach,sea and old church and graveyard worth a visit and opened to go in side to look around. Great location, rooms of good quality however housekeeping could pay more attention to cleanliness but otherwise good staff, food satisfactory and sufficient, but the core Hotel somehow lacks cohesion with (supposedly integral) Health Club (which in itself is best in vicinity) e.g. no brochures in the room so you can't decide and book a massage from the comfort of your room (so probably you will just go to Health Club reception to ask for a brochure where you will learn that actually the spa reception is yet at another desk), no slippers to get to and from there (it was sad to watch people walk bare foot from the pool back to their rooms through the areas where non-guests wore their outdoor footwear (and brought the dirt from outside)), it was not immediately clear whether robes are provided in the spa or the room ones should be used. Also, thinking about it now, while this is a Health Club, no membership was ever mentioned throughout our stay by either hotel staff, health club staff or the spa staff. Or maybe there...

Possibly the best beach in Jersey popular with tourists and locals in the summer months. The golden sand is perfect for the kids to build sand castles. They have plenty water sports including canoes and paddle boarding and a dedicated swimming area patrolled by life guards. Deck chairs and wind breaks are available for hire. There are several locations to get refreshments including the Pizza Express and the Mid Bay Cafe. Accessible by car there are several car parks with an hourly charge or by bus from St. Helier the bus stop is a 2 minuet walk.
