Complaint Regarding Broken Mirror
I would like to inform you that I purchased a large mirror from this shop on 7th July 2025 around 6:53 PM, at a price of approximately RM55. I was very happy because I finally managed to get the mirror I had been dreaming of, at an affordable price.
However, while lifting the mirror to make the payment, I heard a sound like something breaking. I assumed the sound came from some parts like metal frames or screws that might need to be assembled, so I thought positively and proceeded with the purchase.
Due to my tight schedule, I only managed to open the packaging on 14th July 2025, which is a week after the purchase. The mirror was kept in a safe place, away from anything that could cause it to fall. However, when I opened the package, I was very disappointed to find that the mirror was indeed already broken.
I felt sad and disappointed because the item I purchased in good faith was already damaged from the beginning. If this damage originated from the store, I kindly hope that your team can be more careful with the packaging — for example, by using protective layers such as bubble wrap to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
I do not intend to place blame, but I sincerely hope the shop can take this into consideration for future handling...

It is now hot due to absence of good air ventilation. Even large tenants like Padini closed down. The shops are not as attractive as before. To make things worse, the mall is far away from the city centre. Previously it was the pride of Sabah, sadly it is now dying to a sad fate. Even if the mall's management paid all their debts, it will take a long time to recover its glorious reputation. Now they seem to depend only on nearby UMS students.
I guess it's time to just say,...
Read moreReview of Security Manager's Conduct
While I acknowledge that I parked in the wrong area and take full responsibility for the mistake, I am new to the area as I recently booked a homestay there. Additionally, there were no visible parking number signs to guide me. I approached the security manager politely to resolve the situation, but I was disappointed with how he handled the interaction. His tone and attitude were unprofessional, which left me feeling upset.
As a customer, I believe it’s important to be treated with respect, even when addressing mistakes. Effective communication is crucial, especially in a role that involves interacting with the public.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff receive proper training on how to address customers in a more professional and...
