We had a great experience at the Sony Centre – GL Tech Network, thanks to the expertise and professionalism of sales executive Husnan. From the moment we entered the store, Husnan carefully listened to our needs and guided us through the available options. Although we initially considered a Canon camera from another shop in Kompleks Karamunsing, Husnan's thorough demonstrations and technical explanations of the Sony a6700 convinced us it was the perfect choice for our wildlife photography goals. We purchased the following:

We were drawn to the a6700 for its 26MP APS-C sensor, strong ISO capabilities, and impressive autofocus performance—ideal for capturing fast-moving wildlife. Along with the camera, we chose the Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II lens, which offers excellent versatility and optical stabilisation for shooting at a distance in various lighting conditions.

Bad customer service. Shame. Ordered an item since November 2020, said it would arrive on January. But item never arrived. Now its March 2021. The clerk we communicated with (Marcus) was terrible. Didnt have the common courtesy to tell us our item has not arrived. Instead only keep complaining about the shop's shipping issues and they have more customers to tend to first....

Okay WOW if you go to this store you have to meet Xian 🙌👏 the BEST and most reliable store employee I have ever come across!! He made the impossible possible - we had to have a Sony lens shipped to us within 24hrs - , speaks excellent English and was incredible communicative.
